Space Planning

This space is a converted garage that needed to serve multiple purposes. A small laundry closet was added and a wall was built to allow for a drop zone at the backdoor. Outside of the laundry closet, we added a wall mounted cover for the electrical panel that includes space to hang delicates to air dry. The drop zone was designed to allow space for everything from muddy boots to motorcycle helmets to winter gear (in the bins). The majority of the converted garage is dedicated to a workout space. We tucked the row machine to one side, allowing space in the center of the room to use the Tonal hanging on the opposite wall. A mirror was placed to allow the user to see the Tonal even when facing away from the machine. Small tables hold a fan and other necessities, while baskets keep wires, etc., tucked out of the way.
